Purpose of the website
This website is for informational purposes only and presents ERGOHR’s activities and services. It does not offer user registration, newsletter subscriptions, online appointment booking or document uploads. Enquiries and CVs are received by email.
Contacting ERGOHR
We process your name, contact details and the necessary information provided by email to respond to your enquiry and prepare the requested service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or, for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in managing correspondence and handling enquiries.
We retain these data for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry. If you use a service, we provide separate information about the related processing of personal data.
CVs
Sending a CV does not, in itself, constitute consent to its retention for future professional opportunities.
For this purpose, we retain your CV only with separate consent given by email, for a maximum of 24 months from the date of consent. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting office@ergohr.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We delete the data from our records for future opportunities when consent is withdrawn, the retention period expires or the purpose of retention ends earlier. For participation in a specific selection process, we provide separate information about the processing of personal data.
360° assessments and organisational surveys
Before processing begins, participants receive separate information about the project’s data controller, how their data will be used, access arrangements and retention periods.
Technical operation of the website
Despite the website’s informational purpose, technical data necessary for its secure operation may be processed. Cookies and tracking technologies that require consent are used only after that consent has been obtained.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent at any time.
Requests may be sent to office@ergohr.eu. We normally respond within one month. If a justified extension is necessary, we will inform you within the first month.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
