About
ERGOHR was founded and is led by Dr. Marschalkó Eszter Enikő, PhD in psychology, work and organizational psychologist, clinical psychologist and university lecturer at Babeș-Bolyai University.
The applied experience behind ERGOHR includes:
- 360° assessments in more than 70 projects, with final reports and training-needs plans;
- more than 250 recruitment projects for blue-collar, white-collar, engineering and management roles;
- organizational climate studies;
- the Career Bounce Back program, focused on professional return and adaptation;
- the STAY IN program, which uses interviews to identify employee retention factors and provides recommendations for management;
- workshops on resilience, emotional regulation and psychoeducation on performance and aging.
Today, ERGOHR brings this experience, together with a clinical perspective and research on adult development and resilience, to organizational diagnostics, leadership, wellbeing and career-transition projects.
