Candidate Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should have:

• A degree in civil engineering (CCIA – Civil, Industrial, and Agricultural Construction).
• A minimum of 4-5 years of civil engineering and execution experience.
• Knowledge of legal and documentation-specific legislative procedures.
• Proficiency in the Hungarian language (at least conversational level – mandatory).
• PC skills (Ms. Office suite) and Autocad.
• Category B driver’s license.
• Availability for on-site work (2 days/week in Cluj-Napoca).

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, your role will encompass:

• Developing client requirements and project design programs for construction and renovation projects (Transylvania region).
• Managing technical aspects of projects, coordinating design efforts, validating client requirements, obtaining necessary permits, and more.
• Organizing, coordinating, and supervising construction work.
• Preparing and verifying cost estimates and cost plans (cost control).
