The IT Project Manager /Implementation Manger is responsible for implementing the company’s accounting software products having in mind business needs to best control the configuration of the software and provide exceptional customer service for all users in the company group. The ideal person ensures that the software project goes according to plan; it is on time, according to budget and to the desired quality standards.

You can be our Implementation IT MANGER if you have:

• Previous experience working in managing implementation projects (SAP- advantage)
• Software background and Accounting knowledge on terminology and processes preferred (e.g. month-end close process, reconciliations)
• Previous experience documenting business requirements for software development and technical specifications
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Accounting software
• Advanced language skills (Romanian and English required)
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, own and manage a project
• Ability to navigate ambiguous or difficult situations or personalities
• Must be proactive and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of staff across the organization in both internal groups, external developers and stakeholders

What will you be doing most of the days?

• You take responsibility for interdepartmental collaboration in the management and development of the software projects.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with business project managers, acting as an integrator when between the company and external developers.
• You manage software development projects, respect deadlines, and necessary implementation activities.
• Permanently control of costs, quality and software project parameters.
• Regularly ensure status check to ensure that deliverables are progressing according to established goals.
• You also carry out other tasks that naturally belong to your role, tailored to your knowledge and skills.
• Keep in touch with the external companies involved in starting the projects and negotiate the costs.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, take ownership for resolving technical issues and ensure implementing solutions for optimizing overall process.
