About the Role:

To excel in this position, you should have:
- A degree in civil engineering (CCIA – Civil, Industrial, and Agricultural Construction).
- A minimum of 4-5 years of civil engineering and execution experience.
- Knowledge of legal and documentation-specific legislative procedures.
- Proficiency in the Hungarian language (at least conversational level – mandatory).
- PC skills (Ms. Office suite) and Autocad.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Availability for on-site work (2 days/week in Cluj-Napoca).

- Developing client requirements and project design programs for construction and renovation projects (Transylvania region).
- Managing technical aspects of projects, coordinating design efforts, validating client requirements, obtaining necessary permits, and more.
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising construction work.
- Preparing and verifying cost estimates and cost plans (cost control).
