Cerințe:

  • Studii: Studii superioare finalizate sau experiență relevantă în domeniul achizițiilor publice, administrativ sau licitații;
  • Experiență: Experiență în achiziții publice pe SEAP/ (avantaj pentru ofertarea echipamentelor pentru mediu sau construcții);
  • Cunoștințe: Legislația achizițiilor publice, utilizarea SEAP, operare PC (MS Office, PDF, PowerPoint, Internet, editare foto, social media);
  • Abilități: Lucru în echipă și independent, gestionare eficientă a activităților, comunicare, organizare și proactivitate;
  • Calificări: Atestat de expert în achiziții publice sau experiență considerabilă în domeniu;
  • Limbă străină: Engleză -nivel conversațional;
  • Disponibilitate: Dorință de a învăța și de a se adapta noilor cerințe.

Responsabilități:

  • Analizarea documentațiilor de atribuire și verificarea condițiilor de participare la licitații;
  • Redactarea, gestionarea și depunerea ofertelor tehnice și financiare în SEAP;
  • Încărcarea ofertelor, solicitărilor de clarificare și răspunsurilor în SEAP;
  • Descărcarea, decriptarea și analizarea documentațiilor de participare din SEAP;
  • Operarea, monitorizarea și actualizarea procedurilor în SEAP;
  • Completarea și verificarea DUAE și a documentelor de eligibilitate;
  • Centralizarea și actualizarea situației achizițiilor publice (în derulare, depuse, finalizate);
  • Identificarea anunțurilor de achiziții publice relevante pentru companie;
  • Colaborarea cu departamentele interne și brokerii pentru documentele de eligibilitate și garanții;
  • Gestionarea și organizarea documentelor necesare pentru licitații;
  • Participarea la analiza dosarelor de achiziție publică atât la autoritatea contractantă;
  • Contactarea partenerilor și promovarea companiei prin marketing și vânzări.

    • Managing technical aspects of projects, coordinating design efforts, validating client requirements, obtaining necessary permits, and more.
    • Organizing, coordinating, and supervising construction work.
    • Preparing and verifying cost estimates and cost plans (cost control).
